Dr. Branden Buffington is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with a strong focus on lifestyle medicine and preventive care. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency training at St. Mark’s Family Medicine Residency in Salt Lake City, Utah.

Dr. Buffington enjoys caring for patients of all ages and managing both chronic and acute conditions. During residency, he led group visits focused on nutrition and chronic disease management, gaining valuable experience in patient education and team-based care. His clinical interests include preventive health, mental health, lifestyle medicine, addiction medicine and a wide variety of office-based procedures—including ultrasound guided joint injections and dermatologic procedures. He is committed to working alongside his patients to develop evidence-based care plans that fit their individual needs and goals.

Outside of work, Dr. Buffington enjoys hiking with his two boxers, backpacking, skiing, mountain biking, going to concerts and international travel with his wife.
